Refund policy

We want every Ironmend order to earn its place in your gym bag. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the day your order arrives to ask for a return.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: send us a photo or short video of the problem through our Contact page and we will send a free replacement or a full refund. You will not need to ship the item back.

Changed your mind: unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and we will send you the return address and instructions when you contact us.

Refunds are issued within 5 business days after we approve your request or receive your return. For hygiene reasons, knee sleeves and wrist wraps that have been worn can only be returned if they are defective.
